Lori Walters began her fitness journey 25 years ago, teaching step classes and aqua aerobics. She then discovered Pilates, receiving her certification in 1999. Years later, she started taking yoga classes as a student. Realizing yoga is so much more than being flexible and getting into poses, she fell in love with the practice. She went on to earn her YTT 200 instructor training 4 years ago. Seeing that yoga and Pilates compliment each other, Lori likes to combine the two practices. "I believe practicing yoga, Pilates and stretching are so important to our mind and body health. These practices teach us how to slow down and be mindful in our movements. Then we can take this into the real world and improve our quality of life. Who wouldn't want that?"
