Dalma Bulloch will be teaching this eight-week (starting Sept. 11th) class drawing on her life-time of experience and education. You will learn: Basic steps and turns, arms and head coordination. Correct posture is important as well as county your steps until you can “lose the count”. To lose the count it is important that you listen to salsa music to fine tune your ear to the beat of the music. Dalma’s purpose is that you learn some basic steps and turns and by learning to combine than, you can look like a pro. The rest is about having fun.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes that will allow for body movement. Dress in layers. Wear shoes that you would wear to go dancing. Soft soles are good. No flip flops.
Appropriate for all ages. Bring your workout shoes and also your dancing shoes. Come and join us for a fun hour of Latin Dance Workout. Dance away stress and get some needed “ME” time dancing like nobody’s watching. The first half hour will consist of a Latin dance warmup workout. The second half of the class will add actual dance steps, moves, and turns.
Dalma Bulloch will bring to your sessions her lifetime of dance and instruction. “The purpose is that you have a fun time working out to Latin music while learning some basic steps and turns to dance salsa and merengue socially.

Learn to Draw with the Viking
The Viking had planned a three part ‘Learning to Draw’ Series to begin at the end of June and run through November. At this time, due to the delays caused by our weather this spring, He is tied up with a huge project in Ellijay that is not going to allow him to teach this class at this time. Watch this spot for monthly updates. He apologizes for the inconvenience this might cause his students.
