Gilmer Arts’ goal is to provide the highest quality programs, events, and instruction, and we are always striving to find ways to better serve the needs of our members, students and the community. To reach these goals we need generous volunteer efforts from members like you!

Volunteering at the Gilmer Arts Center is an experience that not only enriches the lives of our patrons, but yours as well. Volunteers engage with patrons through educational programs, by greeting visitors and helping at special events, among other activities. Volunteers receive a monthly email with volunteer updates, invitations to exclusive volunteer-only events, and exposure to the leading art center of north Georgia.

There are so many exciting ways to be involved with Gilmer Arts—as an artist, performer, writer, office worker, usher, host or hostess, ticket seller, setup person, advertising solicitor, computer guru, handyman or woman, instructor, or camp assistant. The list goes on!  And whatever your interest—art, theatre, music, literature—there is something for everyone at Gilmer Arts!
