Online – Yoga Flow With Heather

September 7, 2017 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2020

Message from Heather –

Weekly yoga live streaming classes will continue
in lieu of our regular classes, until  further notice.

I’m committed to our health individually, and collectively, above all else.
In other news:  We had a great class turnout on Tuesday! It’s been wonderful to connect with everyone. Although it can’t take the place of actually being in class, it is pretty cool that we have a middle ground where we can gather & practice together. So, for now, we will have live stream classes on Tuesdays (YogaBasics) and Thursdays (YogaFlow) at 10AM. The room will open at 9:45AM for time to get settled, gather props, and say “hello”.

Instructor: Heather Huck
Pricing: $15 Walk-in, $60 for 5 Classes, $100 for 10 Classes

A hatha yoga flow class, linking movement with breath at a fairly steady pace. Not too fast, not too slow. There is less detailed instruction and more fluidity. In a flow class, we have the opportunity to work our minds and bodies in a different way by focusing on consistent movement combined with the use of our breath to carry us through the practice. It’s fun, challenging and makes your brain use different muscles!
