You’ll have a cool Yule time!
The Hot Toddies are world renowned musicians who just happened to meet in an Amtrak train station bar in Kalamazoo, MI on a snowy Christmas Eve. While stranded in a blizzard at the train station with no chance of getting home for the holidays, these fun-loving party favors decided to get out their instruments and provide the other stranded travelers with some real crazy holiday merriment that went into the wee hours of the morning when Santa finally arrived – and the rest is Hot Toddy history!
The Hot Toddies renditions of holiday classics range from toe tappers that swing to sweet ballads that pull on your heart strings – it’s fun for the whole family, though you may choose to leave the little ones at home in their beds with those sugar plums while you have a swimmingly good Hot Toddy time.
Seasonal Hot Toddy favorites include holiday hits from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, Elvis, and Brenda Lee like Let It Snow, White Christmas, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Frosty the Snowman and many MANY more!
The Hot Toddies are vocalist Michelle Malone (Indigo Girls,
Kristian Bush), guitarist Doug Kees (Peter Searcy, Johnny Hyde Quartet). When performing as a trio, they are joined by bassist Robby Handley (Lera Lynn, Larkin Poe), and drummer Chris Burroughs (Dee Dee Bridgewater, Chris Duarte) rounds out the quartet.
