EmPowerFlow Yoga is about getting “more from your core” to fortify your body from head to toe while addressing chronic stress that lowers our immune system response leading to whole body wellness. Each 75 minute class provides an exciting blend of gentle Yoga poses with Tai-chi forms empowered with a focus on improving core alignment and strength, developing stability and supporting mobility! Every class begins with a “preparation for practice” focusing on rhythmic breathing and mental clarity and ends with a “contemplation cool-down” including deep muscle stretching and a relaxing meditation resulting in a lowering of blood pressure, reduction in muscle tension, and increased body wellness. You will find relief for over-stressed muscles, painful athletic injuries, and chronic joint inflammation!
