Youth Art Month is a month of promoting art and art education in the United States. It is observed in March, with thousands of American schools participating, often with the involvement of local art museums and civic organizations.   Gilmer Arts joins the Gilmer County Schools in celebrating Youth Art Month 2018 with the annual Student Art Exhibition. 3-day camp Pricing: Free Ages 6-12 Limit of 25 children Part of a story will be read to students each day, and then they will draw or paint a picture based on that section of the story that they heard. At the end of the 3-day workshop each child will have a series of pictures that visually retell the story. Their artwork will then be displayed at Gilmer Arts.
