Yoga Flow With Heather

Pricing: $15 Walk-in, $60 for 5 Classes, $100 for 10 Classes
A hatha yoga flow class, linking movement with breath at a fairly steady pace. Not too fast, not too slow. There is less detailed instruction and more fluidity. In a flow class, we have the opportunity to work our minds and bodies in a different way by focusing on consistent movement combined with the use of our breath to carry us through the practice. It’s fun, challenging and makes your brain use different muscles!
Interested in a Private Session, call in interested
Privates one-on-one sessions are good for beginners who don’t feel comfortable stepping right into a class, for building a home practice with guidance, to work on alignment one-on-one, work on a specific pose, or if you would rather practice at your own pace . If you have special physical limitations or needs, this is a good way to ease into a yoga practice. These sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes, with 50-60 minutes devoted to the practice depending on your desires and needs and 15-25 minutes available for questions, specific instructions, personalization and addressing any questions or concerns you have.
