Pricing: $15 Walk-in, $60 for 5 Classes, $100 for 10 Classes
A hatha yoga class teaching the alignment, modifications, variations and transitions of basic and fundamental hatha yoga poses. We will build strength, flexibility and endurance in mind & body. This class is great to deepen your knowledge of the postures and to learn what concepts and principles that more challenging poses are built on. Excellent for managing stress!
Interested in a Private Session, call in interested
Privates one-on-one sessions are good for beginners who don’t feel comfortable stepping right into a class, for building a home practice with guidance, to work on alignment one-on-one, work on a specific pose, or if you would rather practice at your own pace . If you have special physical limitations or needs, this is a good way to ease into a yoga practice. These sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes, with 50-60 minutes devoted to the practice depending on your desires and needs and 15-25 minutes available for questions, specific instructions, personalization and addressing any questions or concerns you have.
